- Attend and facilitate board and annual meetings
- Maintain community records and governing documents
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and Colorado HOA laws
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep
- Solicit and evaluate vendor bids
- Conduct regular property inspections
