    My name is SunDee Jones, and I’m an independent Community Association Manager based in beautiful Pagosa Springs, Colorado. I founded Wonderland Management LLC in 2019 with a clear vision to provide personalized, attentive, and reliable community assocation management services.

 

    I specialize in concierge property management for condominium, townhouse, commercial, and planned community associations. My goal is to ensure each community I manage runs smoothly, thrives financially, and operates in the best interest of all owners.

 

    I am proud to be both a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Manager Specialist (AMS). These credentials that reflect my dedication to professionalism, ongoing education, and industry best practices.
